Jesse Bell was raised in Cornwall, and now calls Ottawa home.
Chef Phil is a memeber oTeam Canada, heading to IKA Culinary Olympics in Germany, Feburary 2024.
Chef Phil represented Canada as the sous chef at the Canadian pavilion at the 2020 world expos in Dubai.
Prior to Dubai, Phil was the Chef at the German embassy, past team Member on Culinary Team Canada, has worked at the Parliamentary Dining Room where he has created culinary delightful dishes for dignitaries from around the world and at the Chateau Laurier. Phil now owns his own catering company.
